Recently we had an opportunity to check out KC Framing & Fabrics at 67 Davidson Drive in Saratoga Springs.
KC's opened their business as a framing shop in 2001 in Saratoga. They found they weren't that busy so they decided to add fabric and sewing to their facility. Sisters, Kelly and Courtney, have been in business for 15 years but at the Davidson Drive location for 5 years.
Besides framing they sell an assortment of beautiful fabrics and supplies, specialize in Brother Sewing, quilting and embroidery machines, and offer many classes. KC also has long arm quilting services.
The building they are in is very spacious and has an upstairs that is used for classes but is also offered, at no charge, to organizations to have meetings and activities. They plan to install an elevator in the future which will be a big plus to help those who have issues with climbing stairs.
Quilts for kids are collected at their store and someone picks them up and delivers them to their proper destination.
