Show and Tell 2021

Hello! Here are some photos to share with you. My friend Kathy makes these lovely table runners, and loves to gift them (I know, I have been the grateful recipient!). I tried it out for the first time, and made a few for gifts too.

This is my cat Maud. She is sitting on the two quilts I made that were waiting for binding. The quilts must be comfortable!

A pretty bride at work made a special request for some bridal masks. I made 3 so that she could choose the best match for her dress. In the second picture below, you can see a little pouch I made to hold the masks, and I added a package of tissues with a custom cover to match. I love special requests! This special bride is special to me, we are 'bus buddies', well we were before you know the C-19, anyway, we talk about books and stuff, and appreciates the handmade!

This is a photo of me last November, so you remember what I look like! I am wearing a sweater I knitted. Yup, I knitted THAT, can you believe it?? Don't be too impressed, it literally took almost FOREVER.

This is a table runner I made with some left over fabric squares from the quilt I made. I still need to get a good photo of the quilt for you.

Meanwhile, this is the quilt pieces before I put it together.

This is a bra I made. I am very happy with the way it turned out. The second picture below also shows the wrong side of a second quilt that I made using the same fabric as above. I also need to show you the quilt all done on this one too.
